COVID-19 Technical Assistance Program

OCAEYC, in partnership with Community Action Partnership of Orange County and First 5 Orange County, wants to help support programs that have struggled due to Covid-19. Eligible participants include Family Child Care Providers, Faith-Based Owners/Directors, and Private Center Owners/Directors. Participants will work with our project consultant to create individualized plans, free of charge, to help rebuild their program.

Resources: Individualized Plans, Connection to County-Wide Resources and Funding Network Meetings, and Grant Writing Assistance.

Free Services: One-on-One Sessions, Group Support Zoom/Phone Calls, and Tools to Build Your Business.

Project Consultant: Chris Becerra

Chris Becerra, Ed.D (ABD) has worked in the child development field for over 20 years. He has over 15 years of management experience, including serving as the county wide Director of Early Learning at the Orange County Department of Education. Chris is a Professor of Child Development across the county, including at Cal State Fullerton, Fullerton College, and Santa Ana College

California Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program

Round 6: Wednesday, April 28th at 9:00 AM through Tuesday, May 4th at 5:00 PM; Notifications will begin Friday, May 7th

Eligible applicants: current wait-listed small businesses and/or nonprofits not selected in Rounds 1, 2, 3, or 5 and new applicants that meet eligibility criteria.

Eligible grant award: $5,000 to $25,000

Details: Applicants not selected to receive a grant in Rounds 1, 2, 3 & 5 do not need to re-apply and will be automatically moved into Round 6. New applicants will need to apply on this website.
